CDN默认配置包含下列几个：

upkg: https://unpkg.com/vditor@${VDITOR_VERSION}
jsdelivr: https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/vditor@${VDITOR_VERSION}
internal: /plugins/vditor-mde/assets/static
